About your options

Your engagement session is the most important part of your experience with me. Every other photographer will let you dictate exactly where and when your session should be, with little input as to how to dress or how the setting and light will photograph. I go a step further by assisting you with a curated vision board. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better and begin the celebrations. 

SIGNATURE ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Your physical prints are what will be shown to friends and family over the next several years. Prints also make great gifts or for framing in your home. These are sold in sets of 25 photographs but can curate a special bundle if you choose to print all of your images.

I love shooting day-before events because it allows us the chance to meet your friends and family before the wedding. Many of our clients surprise and delight their guests with an immersive experience the day before the big event, and we love to be there to capture it. 

Rehearsal dinner

Coverage can also be added on to your collection for day of photography after booking. We understand the importance of being flexible the day of your wedding. You always have the option to add on coverage the day or month of your wedding for one photographer.

Once the quote is approved, I’ll send over the contract to E-Sign and invoice for the $800 retainer. Payments are split up into 2 even payments, unless otherwise requested. Additional payment plans are offered. 

I prefer ACH transfer via Zelle (hello@msquaredphotography.me) or payment via your invoice.

I am so honored that you have considered me and my team as your storytellers! Because I spend so much time focusing on my couples and their wedding experience, I limit the number of weddings I take on each year. All wedding dates are available on a first come, first serve basis. Your date will be reserved for seven days after receiving this quote. If you need a few extra days, please let me know as soon as possible.

Can I see any full galleries?
Wedding galleries are delivered within 8-12 weeks. Please keep in mind that lot of detail gets put into your photos after your wedding day. All photographs are hand-edited and you get to keep the best of the best. 

You will be sent previews the week after your wedding day.

What happens if you get sick?
Having an emergency come up immediately before a wedding is a circumstance I have yet to encounter (knock on wood)—and an unpleasant thought for everyone involved. Leading up to a wedding, I plan my life carefully to ensure my health is in top form and that I have ample travel time. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending your wedding, I will do my best to arrange a replacement photographer of equivalent caliber and style—I have a strong network to aid in such an unlikely circumstance.  
Do you have backup gear in case something happens the day of?
Yes. I always photograph your day with a minimum of two cameras and always carry a third camera just in case. All cameras have a dual memory card slot to ensure your day is backed up in more than one place. 
How are my images delivered?
You'll receive a custom USB drive 8-10 weeks after your wedding, as well as an online gallery with all of your images.
How far will you travel for weddings?
Absolutely anywhere in the world. Traveling is one of my favorite parts of the job. Wherever your celebration calls you (from Italian villas to color of Mexico), I will be there!
